How to Reset Your ScribeLabs AI Password

When to Use This 

Use the password reset page if:
  • You did not receive your login email
  • Your login email arrived late
  • Your password reset link expired
  • Your temporary password is not working
  • You forgot your password
 

Step 1: Go to the Password Reset Page

Open this link:https://app.scribelabsai.com/lp-password
 

Step 2: Enter Your Purchase Email 

Enter the same email address you used when buying ScribeLabs AI through LaunchPad.


This is important because your account is connected to your LaunchPad purchase email.

Step 3: Create Your New Password 

Follow the instructions on the page to set a new password.


Once complete, return to the login page:


https://app.scribelabsai.com


Log in with your email address and new password.


If Your Email Is Not FoundMake sure you are using the exact email address used during checkout.
