Why did I not receive my login email and password?

After your LaunchPad purchase, ScribeLabs AI automatically creates your account and sends your login details by email.


Sometimes this email may be delayed or filtered by your email provider.

What to Check First 

Please check the following locations in your email account:
  • Inbox
  • Spam folder
  • Junk folder
  • Promotions tab
  • Updates tab
  • Trash folder
Also search your email for: [email protected]

Make sure you are checking the right email

Your ScribeLabs AI account is created using the same email address you used when purchasing on LaunchPad.

If you have multiple email addresses, check the email account connected to your purchase.
